I am a trained executive and leadership coach, and I have extensive leadership and executive experience myself from Google, Netflix, and Accenture. I've been there.

But you will have a safe space and a partner to work out solutions for a durable change for yourself and your team. I will support your growth from a stressed, pressured executive or leader who spends much of their life running from meeting to meeting and solving problems, to one who will deliver results and do it in a way that makes you feel more alive at work and beyond. You will find a partner in me who will help you move past imposter syndrome, discover your authentic voice, and actually listen to it.
