I am an executive with extensive experience leading technical and non-technical teams at Google and Netflix. I have led teams of over 200 in globally distributed teams, in times of crisis and change and in times of stability. I first got into management because I wanted to work with people, and this passion is a throughline in my career and has sparked my interest in coaching. I've helped many individuals growth their careers, work through leadership challenges, or find out what's next for them.
